Registration, payment, use of an enrolment number or participation in a course constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.
1. Admission, Eligibility & Student Status
- Provisional status: Payment, a transaction receipt or generation of an enrolment number confirms receipt of an application or payment only. Final admission remains subject to identity, payment, prerequisite, seat and eligibility verification by IIVC.
- Sequential eligibility: Basic is required before Advanced; Basic and Advanced are required before Professional; and the first three levels are required before Remedial, unless IIVC gives a written exception.
- Accurate information: A student must provide true, current and complete registration details. False identity, false prior-level claims, manipulated payment proof or material misrepresentation may result in rejection or termination.
- Right to refuse or suspend: IIVC may reject an application, pause confirmation or suspend/terminate a student for reasonable cause, including ineligibility, non-payment, misconduct, harassment, disruption, security risk, intellectual-property misuse, unauthorised solicitation or breach of these Terms.
- Serious violations: Where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect students, content, systems or legal rights, access may be suspended without advance notice while the matter is reviewed.
- Minimum age: Applicants should be 18 years or older. A minor may participate only with verifiable consent and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian and where accepted by IIVC.
2. Course Scope, Delivery & Changes
- Vastu-only scope: This is a complete, structured Vastu Shastra programme. It does not teach Numerology, Jyotish/Astrology, Palmistry, Reiki, Aura, Dowsing, occult practices, healing systems or any other related or unrelated subject unless a separate course is expressly announced.
- Curriculum changes: IIVC may correct, update, reorganise, add, remove or replace topics, examples, website material, faculty sequence, assignments and learning resources to maintain accuracy, relevance, safety or delivery quality.
- Notice of changes: Non-material website and curriculum refinements may be made without individual prior notice. Material changes affecting a paid batch will ordinarily be communicated through an official channel when reasonably practicable.
- Schedule and platform: Dates, timings, faculty, Zoom links, group channels or delivery platforms may be rescheduled or changed because of festivals, technical disruption, power or network failure, emergency, faculty unavailability, security concerns or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Live classes and recordings: The programme is designed for live online learning. A replay or recording is not an automatic entitlement and is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed for the relevant batch.
- Questions and support: Questions must be submitted through the announced course process. IIVC may group, prioritise, defer or decline repetitive, off-topic, personal-consultation or client-specific questions.
- No private mentor access: The course fee does not include private calls, messages, emails or consultations with either mentor.
3. Intellectual Property, Confidentiality & Conduct
- No copying or sharing: Students must not record, screen-record, photograph, download, reproduce, translate, adapt, upload, transmit, publish, sell or share course videos, audio, slides, charts, diagrams, maps, notes, workbooks, links, credentials, software outputs or protected material without prior written permission.
- Personal-use licence: Enrolment provides only a limited, revocable, personal and non-transferable right to attend and study. It does not transfer ownership, resale rights, teaching rights, sublicensing rights or permission to create a competing or derivative course.
- Misuse and distribution: If IIVC reasonably suspects misuse, copying, account sharing, circumvention or distribution, it may immediately restrict or terminate course, video, content, service and software access; preserve relevant records; investigate; and take available civil or other lawful action.
- No promotion or solicitation: Students must not market personal services, products, courses, remedies, consultations, groups, channels or business opportunities to other students without written permission.
- Respectful conduct: Harassment, discrimination, threats, abusive language, impersonation, disruption, data scraping or misuse of another student’s contact information is prohibited.
- Group confidentiality: Student questions, plans, case discussions and contact details shared in class or official groups must not be copied, forwarded or used outside the learning purpose.
Enforcement note: Copyright and other legal remedies depend on the facts and applicable law. This clause does not create criminal liability where the legal requirements are not met.
4. Complimentary Software & Digital Services
- Complimentary benefit: PadVinyas Pro or another free tool is a discretionary educational or professional benefit, not a separately purchased lifetime service, unless a written offer expressly states otherwise.
- “As available” service: Software, accounts, hosting and digital services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. IIVC does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, error-free output, compatibility with every device, feature continuity or lifetime updates.
- External dependencies: Availability may depend on the server, hosting plan, cloud provider, browser, operating system, third-party API, security service, licence, bandwidth and resources on which the tool relies.
- Changes or discontinuation: IIVC may patch, migrate, limit, replace, suspend or discontinue a feature or service for technical, security, legal, resource, commercial or operational reasons. Reasonable notice may be given where practicable, but emergency or security action may occur without prior notice.
- Accounts and security: Access is personal. Students must protect credentials, use supported devices and report suspected unauthorised access. Account sharing, reverse engineering, automated scraping, attacks, circumvention or attempts to extract source code are prohibited.
- Student backups: Students should retain independent copies of their original plans, inputs and permitted exports. IIVC is not a permanent archival or backup service.
- Professional judgement: Software markings and outputs support learning and analysis but do not replace verified directions, source-aware interpretation, site information or professional judgement.
5. Fees, Refunds, Attendance & Certificates
- General no-refund rule: Course fees are non-refundable after payment for change of mind, non-attendance, partial attendance, schedule conflict, failure to complete, loss of connectivity or a technical issue on the student’s side, subject to applicable law.
- Limited exceptions: A refund or payment correction may be considered where required by law, for a verified duplicate payment, where IIVC rejects admission before granting course access for its own administrative reason, or where IIVC cancels a paid course and does not provide a reasonably suitable alternative.
- Termination for breach: Suspension or termination caused by a student’s breach, misconduct, false information, unauthorised sharing or security misuse does not normally create a right to refund, subject to applicable law.
- Payment charges: Gateway fees, taxes, bank charges, exchange differences or third-party deductions may be non-recoverable to the extent permitted by law and the payment provider’s rules.
- Chargebacks: A student should first contact IIVC through the official channel about a payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to suspension and recovery action.
- Attendance and completion: Students are responsible for joining on time with a compatible device, working internet, correct email and access to the announced official channel.
- Certificates: Certificates may require attendance, assignments, assessments, conduct compliance, verified identity and clearance of all fees. A course certificate is evidence of course completion; it is not a government licence, statutory registration, employment guarantee or guarantee of professional competence.
6. Results, Liability & General Conditions
- Educational purpose: The programme provides education and skill development. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, engineering, architectural or mental-health advice.
- No outcome guarantee: IIVC does not guarantee employment, income, clients, business growth, examination result, property outcome or any specific personal or professional result.
- Student decisions: Students remain responsible for how they interpret or apply course material and should obtain appropriately qualified professional advice where a decision concerns structure, safety, law, finance or health.
- Third-party services: Zoom, WhatsApp, Razorpay, email, hosting and other providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. IIVC is not responsible for an independent provider’s outage or conduct beyond IIVC’s reasonable control.
- Force majeure: IIVC is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural events, government action, internet or power failure, cyberattack, platform outage, epidemic, civil disturbance or emergency.
- Policy updates: These Terms may be revised when courses, systems, services or law change. The updated version and effective date may be posted on the website. Material changes will not be applied retrospectively in a manner prohibited by law.
- Severability: If a clause is held unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to the extent legally possible.
- Governing law and disputes: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Insert the correct registered-office jurisdiction and dispute-resolution wording after professional legal review.
How IIVC handles student information.
This notice explains the categories of information collected, the purposes of use, service providers, security, retention and student choices connected with registration and course delivery.
1. Information collected: Name, date of birth, certificate name, email, telephone and WhatsApp number, postal details, city, state, country, PIN code, course selection, enrolment number, prerequisite records, attendance, assessment status, payment reference, support requests and communications.
2. How information is obtained: Information may be received directly from registration forms and communications, from payment or course platforms, and through technical logs generated when a student uses the website, account or software.
3. Purposes of processing: To process applications, verify identity, payment and eligibility, administer enrolment, deliver classes and links, manage official groups, issue certificates, provide software access, communicate changes, secure systems, prevent misuse, resolve disputes and maintain required records.
4. Consent and necessary use: By submitting information, a student requests registration and consents to the uses described in this notice. Certain information is necessary to perform the requested educational service, meet legal duties, secure systems or protect legitimate rights.
5. Payment information: Online payments may be handled by Razorpay or another payment provider. IIVC may receive transaction status, reference, amount and limited billing information but should not collect or store complete card, bank or UPI credentials on this page.
6. Course and technology providers: Necessary information may be processed through Zoom, WhatsApp, email, website hosting, cloud storage, security tools, certificate systems, analytics and payment processors for course administration and delivery.
7. WhatsApp and group visibility: In an official WhatsApp group, a participant’s name, number, profile image and messages may be visible to other members according to WhatsApp settings. Students must not copy, market to or misuse another participant’s data.
8. Sharing and legal disclosure: IIVC does not intend to sell student personal data. Information may be shared with authorised personnel, mentors, processors, advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary for delivery, security, payment reconciliation, legal compliance, dispute resolution or protection of rights.
9. International or remote processing: Some service providers may process or store data on systems located outside the student’s state or country. Their own infrastructure, safeguards and contractual terms may apply.
10. Retention: Information may be retained only for as long as reasonably required for enrolment, course records, certificates, account access, security logs, payment and tax records, legal obligations, complaints or dispute handling, and then deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
11. Security: IIVC may use reasonable administrative and technical measures such as controlled access, authentication, backups, logging, security monitoring and vendor controls. No internet service can promise absolute security.
12. Security incidents: If a personal-data incident occurs, IIVC may investigate, restrict access, preserve logs, mitigate risk and provide notices to affected persons or authorities where required by applicable law.
13. Student responsibilities: Students must provide accurate information, protect passwords, devices, class links and exported files, avoid sharing another person’s information and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
14. Access, correction and deletion requests: A student may request access to relevant information, correction of inaccurate registration or certificate details, or deletion where legally available. Some records may be retained for contractual, academic, security, tax or legal reasons.
15. Withdrawal and communication choices: A student may withdraw optional consent or opt out of non-essential promotional messages through the official contact. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing and may affect services that require the information.
16. Children: IIVC does not intentionally enrol a minor without appropriate parent or lawful-guardian involvement and verifiable consent where required.
17. Cookies and logs: The website may use essential cookies, security records and limited analytics for login, language selection, performance, abuse prevention and site improvement. A separate cookie notice should identify any non-essential analytics or advertising tools actually used.
18. Grievances and contact: Students may raise a privacy or course-administration grievance through the official email or address published by IIVC. The organisation should publish a responsible contact person and a reasonable response process.
19. Policy changes: This notice may be updated when course systems, service providers, business practices or law change. The current effective date and material updates should be posted on the website or communicated through an official channel.

Before You Register
Can a complete beginner join?
Yes. The Basic Vastu Course is open to beginners and starts with directions, degrees, compass use, property boundaries, centre and 9 × 9 Pad Vinyas.
Can I join an advanced level directly?
No. The programme is sequential. Advanced requires Basic; Professional requires Basic and Advanced; Remedial requires the first three levels.
What are the class timings?
Saturday classes are from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST. Sunday classes are from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM IST.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. After successful completion of each level, the corresponding certificate will be sent to the student by email.
When is PadVinyas Pro access provided?
Students become eligible for PadVinyas Pro access after successfully completing the Professional Vastu Course.
Can I contact the mentors personally?
No. Students must not contact mentors privately during the course. Course-related questions must be submitted through the official process and will be addressed in the level-end Q&A.
Are course fees refundable?
No. Course fees are non-refundable, subject to applicable law and any written policy announced by IIVC.
What happens if a class is postponed?
A class may be postponed because of a festival, unavoidable mentor unavailability, network failure, technical disruption or another exceptional circumstance. Revised details will be shared in the official WhatsApp group.
Is the course conducted live or pre-recorded?
The programme is designed as live Zoom learning with teaching, demonstrations, case-study discussion, revision and session-related questions.
Does the course teach only residential Vastu?
No. The learning starts with residential foundations and later includes offices, shops, showrooms, restaurants, clinics, hotels, warehouses and introductory industrial Vastu.
