1. Important Notice, Acceptance & Applicability
1. महत्त्वपूर्ण सूचना, स्वीकृति एवं लागू क्षेत्र
These Terms and the Privacy Policy apply to the IIVC website, registration forms, online courses, official groups, course materials, certificates, complimentary software, accounts and related digital services. Registration, payment, use of an enrolment number, creation or use of an account, or participation in a course constitutes acceptance of this document, subject to applicable law.
ये नियम एवं गोपनीयता नीति IIVC की वेबसाइट, पंजीकरण फॉर्म, ऑनलाइन पाठ्यक्रम, आधिकारिक समूह, पाठ्यक्रम सामग्री, प्रमाणपत्र, निःशुल्क सॉफ्टवेयर, खातों और संबंधित डिजिटल सेवाओं पर लागू हैं। लागू कानून के अधीन, पंजीकरण, भुगतान, नामांकन संख्या का उपयोग, खाता बनाना या उपयोग करना अथवा पाठ्यक्रम में भाग लेना इस दस्तावेज़ की स्वीकृति माना जाएगा।
1.1 Meaning of IIVC: For this document, “IIVC” means the organisation that operates the relevant website, administers registration and conducts or supports the courses and services described on the website. Its full legal name and registered details must be inserted before publication.
1.1 IIVC का अर्थ: इस दस्तावेज़ में “IIVC” से आशय उस संस्था से है जो संबंधित वेबसाइट संचालित करती है, पंजीकरण प्रबंधित करती है और वेबसाइट पर वर्णित पाठ्यक्रमों तथा सेवाओं का संचालन या समर्थन करती है। प्रकाशित करने से पहले संस्था का पूर्ण कानूनी नाम और पंजीकृत विवरण जोड़ा जाना आवश्यक है।
1.2 Authority to accept: A person submitting registration or accepting these Terms confirms that they are legally capable of entering into the arrangement or are acting with valid parent or lawful-guardian authority where applicable.
1.2 स्वीकृति देने का अधिकार: पंजीकरण प्रस्तुत करने या इन शर्तों को स्वीकार करने वाला व्यक्ति पुष्टि करता है कि वह इस व्यवस्था में प्रवेश करने के लिए कानूनी रूप से सक्षम है अथवा जहाँ लागू हो वहाँ माता-पिता या वैधानिक अभिभावक की वैध अनुमति से कार्य कर रहा है।
1.3 Conflict and mandatory law: These Terms operate subject to mandatory rights and obligations under applicable law. Nothing in this document excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Admission, Eligibility & Student Status
2. प्रवेश, पात्रता एवं विद्यार्थी की स्थिति
2.1 Provisional status: Payment, a transaction receipt or generation of an enrolment number confirms receipt of an application or payment only. Final admission remains subject to identity, payment, prerequisite, seat and eligibility verification by IIVC.
2.1 अस्थायी स्थिति: शुल्क भुगतान, लेन-देन की रसीद या नामांकन संख्या जारी होना केवल आवेदन अथवा भुगतान प्राप्त होने की पुष्टि है। अंतिम प्रवेश IIVC द्वारा पहचान, भुगतान, पूर्व-आवश्यक पाठ्यक्रम, सीट की उपलब्धता और पात्रता के सत्यापन के अधीन रहेगा।
2.2 Sequential eligibility: Basic is required before Advanced; Basic and Advanced are required before Professional; and the first three levels are required before Remedial, unless IIVC gives a written exception.
2.2 क्रमिक पात्रता: एडवांस्ड पाठ्यक्रम से पहले बेसिक; प्रोफेशनल पाठ्यक्रम से पहले बेसिक एवं एडवांस्ड; और रेमेडियल पाठ्यक्रम से पहले प्रथम तीनों स्तर पूर्ण करना आवश्यक है, जब तक कि IIVC लिखित रूप में कोई अपवाद न दे।
2.3 Accurate information: A student must provide true, current and complete registration details. False identity, false prior-level claims, manipulated payment proof or material misrepresentation may result in rejection or termination.
2.3 सही जानकारी: विद्यार्थी को सत्य, वर्तमान और पूर्ण पंजीकरण विवरण देना होगा। झूठी पहचान, पूर्व स्तर पूर्ण करने का गलत दावा, भुगतान प्रमाण में हेरफेर या कोई महत्वपूर्ण गलत प्रस्तुतीकरण आवेदन अस्वीकार होने या प्रवेश समाप्त किए जाने का कारण बन सकता है।
2.4 Right to refuse or suspend: IIVC may reject an application, pause confirmation or suspend/terminate a student for reasonable cause, including ineligibility, non-payment, misconduct, harassment, disruption, security risk, intellectual-property misuse, unauthorised solicitation or breach of these Terms.
2.4 अस्वीकार या निलंबित करने का अधिकार: IIVC उचित कारण होने पर आवेदन अस्वीकार कर सकता है, पुष्टि रोक सकता है अथवा विद्यार्थी को निलंबित या निष्कासित कर सकता है। ऐसे कारणों में अपात्रता, भुगतान न होना, अनुशासनहीनता, उत्पीड़न, कक्षा में व्यवधान, सुरक्षा जोखिम, बौद्धिक संपदा का दुरुपयोग, बिना अनुमति प्रचार या इन शर्तों का उल्लंघन शामिल है।
2.5 Serious violations: Where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect students, content, systems or legal rights, access may be suspended without advance notice while the matter is reviewed.
2.5 गंभीर उल्लंघन: विद्यार्थियों, सामग्री, प्रणालियों या कानूनी अधिकारों की सुरक्षा के लिए तत्काल कार्रवाई उचित रूप से आवश्यक होने पर, मामले की जाँच के दौरान बिना पूर्व सूचना के प्रवेश या डिजिटल पहुँच निलंबित की जा सकती है।
2.6 Minimum age: Applicants should be 18 years or older. A minor may participate only with verifiable consent and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian and where accepted by IIVC.
2.6 न्यूनतम आयु: आवेदक की आयु सामान्यतः 18 वर्ष या अधिक होनी चाहिए। नाबालिग केवल माता-पिता या वैधानिक अभिभावक की सत्यापन योग्य सहमति एवं निगरानी में तथा IIVC की स्वीकृति मिलने पर भाग ले सकता है।
3. Course Scope, Delivery & Changes
3. पाठ्यक्रम का दायरा, संचालन एवं परिवर्तन
3.1 Vastu-only scope: This is a complete, structured Vastu Shastra programme. It does not teach Numerology, Jyotish/Astrology, Palmistry, Reiki, Aura, Dowsing, occult practices, healing systems or any other related or unrelated subject unless a separate course is expressly announced.
3.1 केवल वास्तु शास्त्र का दायरा: यह एक पूर्ण और सुव्यवस्थित वास्तु शास्त्र कार्यक्रम है। इसमें अंक ज्योतिष, ज्योतिष/एस्ट्रोलॉजी, हस्तरेखा, रेकी, ऑरा, डाउजिंग, तांत्रिक या गूढ़ पद्धतियाँ, हीलिंग सिस्टम अथवा कोई अन्य संबंधित या असंबंधित विषय नहीं पढ़ाया जाएगा, जब तक उसके लिए अलग पाठ्यक्रम स्पष्ट रूप से घोषित न किया गया हो।
3.2 Curriculum changes: IIVC may correct, update, reorganise, add, remove or replace topics, examples, website material, faculty sequence, assignments and learning resources to maintain accuracy, relevance, safety or delivery quality.
3.2 पाठ्यक्रम में परिवर्तन: शुद्धता, प्रासंगिकता, सुरक्षा या शिक्षण गुणवत्ता बनाए रखने के लिए IIVC विषयों, उदाहरणों, वेबसाइट सामग्री, फैकल्टी क्रम, असाइनमेंट और अध्ययन संसाधनों को सुधार, अद्यतन, पुनर्गठित, जोड़, हटा या प्रतिस्थापित कर सकता है।
3.3 Notice of changes: Non-material website and curriculum refinements may be made without individual prior notice. Material changes affecting a paid batch will ordinarily be communicated through an official channel when reasonably practicable.
3.3 परिवर्तनों की सूचना: वेबसाइट या पाठ्यक्रम में ऐसे सामान्य सुधार, जिनसे भुगतान किए गए बैच के मूल स्वरूप पर महत्वपूर्ण प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता, व्यक्तिगत पूर्व सूचना के बिना किए जा सकते हैं। भुगतान किए गए बैच को प्रभावित करने वाले महत्वपूर्ण परिवर्तनों की सूचना सामान्यतः संभव होने पर आधिकारिक माध्यम से दी जाएगी।
3.4 Schedule and platform: Dates, timings, faculty, Zoom links, group channels or delivery platforms may be rescheduled or changed because of festivals, technical disruption, power or network failure, emergency, faculty unavailability, security concerns or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
3.4 समय-सारणी एवं प्लेटफ़ॉर्म: त्योहार, तकनीकी व्यवधान, बिजली या नेटवर्क विफलता, आपातकाल, फैकल्टी की अनुपलब्धता, सुरक्षा संबंधी कारण या उचित नियंत्रण से बाहर की अन्य परिस्थितियों के कारण तिथि, समय, फैकल्टी, Zoom लिंक, समूह माध्यम या शिक्षण प्लेटफ़ॉर्म बदले या पुनर्निर्धारित किए जा सकते हैं।
3.5 Live classes and recordings: The programme is designed for live online learning. A replay or recording is not an automatic entitlement and is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed for the relevant batch.
3.5 लाइव कक्षाएँ एवं रिकॉर्डिंग: कार्यक्रम लाइव ऑनलाइन शिक्षण के लिए बनाया गया है। रिप्ले या रिकॉर्डिंग विद्यार्थी का स्वतः अधिकार नहीं है और संबंधित बैच के लिए स्पष्ट रूप से पुष्टि किए बिना इसकी गारंटी नहीं दी जाती।
3.6 Questions and support: Questions must be submitted through the announced course process. IIVC may group, prioritise, defer or decline repetitive, off-topic, personal-consultation or client-specific questions.
3.6 प्रश्न एवं सहायता: प्रश्न केवल घोषित पाठ्यक्रम प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से भेजे जाने चाहिए। IIVC दोहराए गए, विषय से बाहर, निजी परामर्श संबंधी या किसी विशेष क्लाइंट के मामले से जुड़े प्रश्नों को समूहित, प्राथमिकता-क्रम में रख, स्थगित या अस्वीकार कर सकता है।
3.7 No private mentor access: The course fee does not include private calls, messages, emails or consultations with either mentor.
3.7 निजी मेंटर संपर्क शामिल नहीं: पाठ्यक्रम शुल्क में किसी भी मेंटर के साथ निजी फोन कॉल, संदेश, ईमेल या व्यक्तिगत परामर्श शामिल नहीं है।
4. Intellectual Property, Confidentiality & Conduct
4. बौद्धिक संपदा, गोपनीयता एवं आचरण
4.1 No copying or sharing: Students must not record, screen-record, photograph, download, reproduce, translate, adapt, upload, transmit, publish, sell or share course videos, audio, slides, charts, diagrams, maps, notes, workbooks, links, credentials, software outputs or protected material without prior written permission.
4.1 कॉपी या साझा करना निषिद्ध: विद्यार्थी पूर्व लिखित अनुमति के बिना पाठ्यक्रम वीडियो, ऑडियो, स्लाइड, चार्ट, आरेख, मानचित्र, नोट्स, वर्कबुक, लिंक, लॉगिन विवरण, सॉफ्टवेयर आउटपुट या संरक्षित सामग्री को रिकॉर्ड, स्क्रीन रिकॉर्ड, फोटो, डाउनलोड, पुनरुत्पादित, अनुवाद, रूपांतरित, अपलोड, प्रसारित, प्रकाशित, बेच या साझा नहीं कर सकते।
4.2 Personal-use licence: Enrolment provides only a limited, revocable, personal and non-transferable right to attend and study. It does not transfer ownership, resale rights, teaching rights, sublicensing rights or permission to create a competing or derivative course.
4.2 केवल व्यक्तिगत उपयोग का लाइसेंस: नामांकन केवल कक्षा में भाग लेने और अध्ययन करने का सीमित, वापस लिया जा सकने वाला, व्यक्तिगत और गैर-हस्तांतरणीय अधिकार देता है। इससे स्वामित्व, पुनर्विक्रय, शिक्षण, उप-लाइसेंस देने या प्रतिस्पर्धी अथवा व्युत्पन्न पाठ्यक्रम बनाने का अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होता।
4.3 Misuse and distribution: If IIVC reasonably suspects misuse, copying, account sharing, circumvention or distribution, it may immediately restrict or terminate course, video, content, service and software access; preserve relevant records; investigate; and take available civil or other lawful action.
4.3 दुरुपयोग एवं वितरण: यदि IIVC को उचित रूप से दुरुपयोग, कॉपी, खाते की साझेदारी, सुरक्षा को दरकिनार करने या वितरण का संदेह होता है, तो वह पाठ्यक्रम, वीडियो, सामग्री, सेवा और सॉफ्टवेयर की पहुँच तत्काल सीमित या समाप्त कर सकता है; संबंधित रिकॉर्ड सुरक्षित रख सकता है; जाँच कर सकता है; तथा उपलब्ध दीवानी या अन्य वैधानिक कार्रवाई कर सकता है।
4.4 No promotion or solicitation: Students must not market personal services, products, courses, remedies, consultations, groups, channels or business opportunities to other students without written permission.
4.4 प्रचार या ग्राहकी प्राप्त करना निषिद्ध: विद्यार्थी लिखित अनुमति के बिना अन्य विद्यार्थियों के बीच अपनी सेवाओं, उत्पादों, पाठ्यक्रमों, रेमेडीज़, परामर्श, समूहों, चैनलों या व्यावसायिक अवसरों का प्रचार नहीं कर सकते।
4.5 Respectful conduct: Harassment, discrimination, threats, abusive language, impersonation, disruption, data scraping or misuse of another student’s contact information is prohibited.
4.5 सम्मानजनक आचरण: उत्पीड़न, भेदभाव, धमकी, अपमानजनक भाषा, किसी अन्य व्यक्ति का रूप धारण करना, व्यवधान उत्पन्न करना, डेटा स्क्रैपिंग या दूसरे विद्यार्थी की संपर्क जानकारी का दुरुपयोग निषिद्ध है।
4.6 Group confidentiality: Student questions, plans, case discussions and contact details shared in class or official groups must not be copied, forwarded or used outside the learning purpose.
4.6 समूह की गोपनीयता: कक्षा या आधिकारिक समूह में साझा किए गए विद्यार्थियों के प्रश्न, नक्शे, केस चर्चा और संपर्क विवरण को कॉपी, अग्रेषित या अध्ययन के उद्देश्य से बाहर उपयोग नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।
| Enforcement note: Copyright and other legal remedies depend on the facts and applicable law. These Terms do not create criminal liability where the legal requirements are not met. प्रवर्तन सूचना: कॉपीराइट और अन्य कानूनी उपाय तथ्य एवं लागू कानून पर निर्भर करते हैं। जहाँ कानूनी आवश्यकताएँ पूरी न हों वहाँ ये शर्तें स्वयं कोई आपराधिक दायित्व उत्पन्न नहीं करतीं। |
5. Complimentary Software & Digital Services
5. निःशुल्क सॉफ्टवेयर एवं डिजिटल सेवाएँ
5.1 Complimentary benefit: PadVinyas Pro or another free tool is a discretionary educational or professional benefit, not a separately purchased lifetime service, unless a written offer expressly states otherwise.
5.1 पूरक लाभ: PadVinyas Pro या कोई अन्य निःशुल्क टूल IIVC द्वारा विवेकाधीन शैक्षिक अथवा व्यावसायिक लाभ के रूप में दिया जाता है। यह अलग से खरीदी गई आजीवन सेवा नहीं है, जब तक किसी लिखित प्रस्ताव में स्पष्ट रूप से अन्यथा न कहा गया हो।
5.2 “As available” service: Software, accounts, hosting and digital services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. IIVC does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, error-free output, compatibility with every device, feature continuity or lifetime updates.
5.2 “जैसा उपलब्ध है” सेवा: कानून द्वारा अनुमत सीमा तक सॉफ्टवेयर, खाते, होस्टिंग और डिजिटल सेवाएँ “जैसा है” तथा “जैसा उपलब्ध है” आधार पर प्रदान की जाती हैं। IIVC निर्बाध संचालन, स्थायी उपलब्धता, त्रुटि-रहित आउटपुट, प्रत्येक डिवाइस के साथ अनुकूलता, सभी फीचरों की निरंतरता या आजीवन अपडेट की गारंटी नहीं देता।
5.3 External dependencies: Availability may depend on the server, hosting plan, cloud provider, browser, operating system, third-party API, security service, licence, bandwidth and resources on which the tool relies.
5.3 बाहरी निर्भरता: उपलब्धता उस सर्वर, होस्टिंग योजना, क्लाउड प्रदाता, ब्राउज़र, ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम, तृतीय-पक्ष API, सुरक्षा सेवा, लाइसेंस, बैंडविड्थ और संसाधनों पर निर्भर हो सकती है जिन पर टूल आधारित है।
5.4 Changes or discontinuation: IIVC may patch, migrate, limit, replace, suspend or discontinue a feature or service for technical, security, legal, resource, commercial or operational reasons. Reasonable notice may be given where practicable, but emergency or security action may occur without prior notice.
5.4 परिवर्तन या सेवा समाप्ति: IIVC तकनीकी, सुरक्षा, कानूनी, संसाधन, वाणिज्यिक या संचालन संबंधी कारणों से किसी फीचर या सेवा को सुधार, स्थानांतरित, सीमित, प्रतिस्थापित, निलंबित या बंद कर सकता है। संभव होने पर उचित सूचना दी जा सकती है, परंतु आपातकालीन या सुरक्षा कार्रवाई बिना पूर्व सूचना के हो सकती है।
5.5 Accounts and security: Access is personal. Students must protect credentials, use supported devices and report suspected unauthorised access. Account sharing, reverse engineering, automated scraping, attacks, circumvention or attempts to extract source code are prohibited.
5.5 खाते एवं सुरक्षा: पहुँच व्यक्तिगत है। विद्यार्थियों को लॉगिन विवरण सुरक्षित रखना, समर्थित डिवाइस का उपयोग करना और अनधिकृत पहुँच का संदेह होने पर सूचना देना आवश्यक है। खाता साझा करना, रिवर्स इंजीनियरिंग, स्वचालित स्क्रैपिंग, साइबर हमला, सुरक्षा को दरकिनार करना या स्रोत कोड निकालने का प्रयास निषिद्ध है।
5.6 Student backups: Students should retain independent copies of their original plans, inputs and permitted exports. IIVC is not a permanent archival or backup service.
5.6 विद्यार्थी द्वारा बैकअप: विद्यार्थियों को अपने मूल नक्शों, इनपुट और अनुमत एक्सपोर्ट की स्वतंत्र प्रतियाँ सुरक्षित रखनी चाहिए। IIVC स्थायी अभिलेखागार या बैकअप सेवा नहीं है।
5.7 Professional judgement: Software markings and outputs support learning and analysis but do not replace verified directions, source-aware interpretation, site information or professional judgement.
5.7 व्यावसायिक विवेक: सॉफ्टवेयर मार्किंग और आउटपुट अध्ययन एवं विश्लेषण में सहायता करते हैं, लेकिन सत्यापित दिशाओं, प्रामाणिक स्रोत-आधारित व्याख्या, स्थल-संबंधी जानकारी या पेशेवर विवेक का स्थान नहीं लेते।
6. Fees, Refunds, Attendance & Certificates
6. शुल्क, रिफंड, उपस्थिति एवं प्रमाणपत्र
6.1 General no-refund rule: Course fees are non-refundable after payment for change of mind, non-attendance, partial attendance, schedule conflict, failure to complete, loss of connectivity or a technical issue on the student’s side, subject to applicable law.
6.1 सामान्य गैर-वापसी नियम: लागू कानून के अधीन, विचार बदलने, अनुपस्थित रहने, आंशिक उपस्थिति, समय-सारणी के टकराव, पाठ्यक्रम पूरा न करने, इंटरनेट कनेक्शन खोने या विद्यार्थी की ओर से तकनीकी समस्या होने पर भुगतान के बाद पाठ्यक्रम शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
6.2 Limited exceptions: A refund or payment correction may be considered where required by law, for a verified duplicate payment, where IIVC rejects admission before granting course access for its own administrative reason, or where IIVC cancels a paid course and does not provide a reasonably suitable alternative.
6.2 सीमित अपवाद: जहाँ कानून द्वारा आवश्यक हो, सत्यापित दोहरे भुगतान की स्थिति में, IIVC द्वारा अपने प्रशासनिक कारण से पाठ्यक्रम पहुँच देने से पहले प्रवेश अस्वीकार किए जाने पर, या IIVC द्वारा भुगतान किया गया पाठ्यक्रम रद्द कर उचित वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था न देने पर रिफंड या भुगतान सुधार पर विचार किया जा सकता है।
6.3 Termination for breach: Suspension or termination caused by a student’s breach, misconduct, false information, unauthorised sharing or security misuse does not normally create a right to refund, subject to applicable law.
6.3 उल्लंघन के कारण समाप्ति: लागू कानून के अधीन, विद्यार्थी द्वारा शर्तों के उल्लंघन, अनुशासनहीनता, गलत जानकारी, बिना अनुमति सामग्री साझा करने या सुरक्षा दुरुपयोग के कारण निलंबन या समाप्ति सामान्यतः रिफंड का अधिकार उत्पन्न नहीं करती।
6.4 Payment charges: Gateway fees, taxes, bank charges, exchange differences or third-party deductions may be non-recoverable to the extent permitted by law and the payment provider’s rules.
6.4 भुगतान शुल्क: कानून और भुगतान प्रदाता के नियमों द्वारा अनुमत सीमा तक भुगतान गेटवे शुल्क, कर, बैंक शुल्क, विनिमय अंतर या तृतीय-पक्ष कटौती वापस न मिल सकने वाली हो सकती है।
6.5 Chargebacks: A student should first contact IIVC through the official channel about a payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to suspension and recovery action.
6.5 चार्जबैक: भुगतान विवाद होने पर विद्यार्थी को पहले आधिकारिक माध्यम से IIVC से संपर्क करना चाहिए। धोखाधड़ीपूर्ण या दुरुपयोग वाले चार्जबैक के कारण निलंबन और वसूली की कार्रवाई हो सकती है।
6.6 Attendance and completion: Students are responsible for joining on time with a compatible device, working internet, correct email and access to the announced official channel.
6.6 उपस्थिति एवं पूर्णता: विद्यार्थी समय पर जुड़ने, अनुकूल डिवाइस, कार्यरत इंटरनेट, सही ईमेल और घोषित आधिकारिक माध्यम तक पहुँच सुनिश्चित करने के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार हैं।
6.7 Certificates: Certificates may require attendance, assignments, assessments, conduct compliance, verified identity and clearance of all fees. A course certificate is evidence of course completion; it is not a government licence, statutory registration, employment guarantee or guarantee of professional competence.

8.7 WhatsApp and group visibility: In an official WhatsApp group, a participant’s name, number, profile image and messages may be visible to other members according to WhatsApp settings. Students must not copy, market to or misuse another participant’s data.

Information may be shared with authorised personnel, mentors, processors, advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary for delivery, security, payment reconciliation, legal compliance, dispute resolution or protection of rights.

10.1 How to submit a grievance: The student should provide their full name, registered email or phone number, enrolment number where applicable, a clear description of the issue and relevant transaction or supporting details. Sensitive payment credentials or passwords must not be sent.
